Lisa is Noah's girlfriend, although she doesn't really feel that way, since he's always ditching her to hang out with everyone else. She's at the point in her life where she really wants to settle down, and if Noah can't do that, she might need to move on.

But more than anything, Lisa hates being called crazy.
